It's one of those days here at Magick Sandwich.
I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Good morning, good morning, good morning!
Short on inspiration, I'm posting a favorite cartoon
from The New Yorker.

I'd buy that t-shirt, if it came with a free bat.
@C.B: Did you know that free Bat Day at Yankee Stadium was discontinued because of the fear that youngsters would start cracking heads?
I'd rather run into the guy giving away diamonds.
I remember seeing little stickers advertised in the back of Rolling Stone with a picture of a screw on them... So you could replace the "I (heart) my dog" with... you get the idea. Always meant to order those!
Is that Central Park? I think recognize some of those grey squiggly lines.
Hey great site!
I was wondering if you wanted to exchange links with us. Let me know if this is possible.

I'd hate to run into the "I (spade) NY" guy...
@Jay: I'd like to see that guy, too.
@alapoet: I never saw those stickers but that's a great idea, especially to stick over the (heart) on other people's bumper stickers and such. NYC had a campaign a long time ago with pictures of a cartoon apple that said "I am New York." We saw it in a cab once and someone had written under it "I AM DEATH." That's just one of the many reasons we love New York.
@NGIP: Yes, that is Central Park. Most people don't know it's actually a black and white line drawing. Did you notice the guy was flying a kite next to a tree. He totally deserved to get knocked on his butt.
@Jason: I'll take it under advisement.
@Herman: I was wondering who would bring up that symbol of the card deck. I'm assuming that the wearer of that tee is a gardener or a veterinarian. I certainly hope he's considered the racist overtones because he might run into some problems there.
